The arbitrator's award shallbe binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competentjurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noarbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitrationinvolving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether throughclass arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
